Since childhood, my passion for cooking has been unwavering. Raised in Venezuela, I honed my skills with guidance from my grandmother and mother, both of Lebanese and Spanish descent, enriching my repertoire with European and Mediterranean influences. Emphasizing fresh ingredients, I learned to elevate flavors and presentation. My culinary journey continues as I explore new techniques and diverse cuisines, including Mediterranean, Latin, Italian, Spanish, and Asian.
For the past 18 years in Miami, I've trained in top restaurants, fostering an unending desire to refine my culinary expertise. These experiences have kindled a commitment to crafting all-organic, healthy meals that support local growers and food providers. Recognizing the growing interest in healthier eating, I became a certified Nutrition Counselor to understand how food impacts our well-being.
Now, I'm merging my culinary and nutrition skills to create not only delicious but health-conscious meals. Cooking for others is my joy, and I take pride in tailoring each dish to your unique tastes.
